River Edge: Police Blotter, July

Town News compiles its Police Blotter from information provided by area police departments. River Edge

On June 28 at 3:45 p.m., a North Haledon resident came to River Edge Police headquarters to report that her purse had been stolen. She stated that she had parked in front of a store on Kinderkamack Road at about 10 a.m. She had left her purse on the front passenger side floor of the vehicle, covered with a plastic bag. When she returned to the car at noon, the purse was gone. The woman reported that multiple credit cards, a Social Security card, driver's license, checkbook and about $150 were missing. The vehicle had been unlocked at the time of the theft.

On June 29 at 3:45 a.m., a resident of Beech Drive South reported that the rear window of her vehicle was shattered and a barrel of recycled bottles had been knocked over and scattered on the street in front of the vehicle. The victim stated she had returned home at about 1:45 a.m. and at 3:45 a.m. had left the house to go to a store when she discovered the damage to her car and the bottles in the roadway. A subsequent search by patrol found another recycling barrel had been dumped on the corner of Manning and Elm avenues.

On June 29 at 6:40 a.m., a resident of Oak Avenue reported that her vehicle had been struck by eggs sometime overnight while parked in front of her home. It had been parked in the location since approximately 9 p.m. on June 28.

On June 29 at 8 p.m., a resident of Howland Avenue reported that a toolbox and tools had been stolen from his garage behind his apartment unit. The victim had noticed that the garage was unlocked and when he opened the door, he found that the toolbox was missing. Police believe the garage was entered through an adjacent garage unit that did not have a working lock. The paneling separating the two garages had been broken through, police said.

On June 29 at 11:50 p.m.This page list Projector Lamp products with details & specifications., a resident of Bogert Road reported that his home had been burglarized. The sliding door in the back of the house was found open and jewelry was reported missing. The burglary occurred sometime on June 29 between noon and 11 p.m., police said. The matter is under investigation.A plastic card is a bottle created from glass.

On June 30 at 1:49 p.m., a victim reported that the driver's side mirror of his vehicle had been broken off. The victim stated that he had last seen the mirror intact on June 29 at approximately 3 p.m. while his vehicle was parked on Main Street. When he returned to the vehicle at about 1:30 p.m.,Handmade Aion Kinah at museum quality, he found the mirror had been broken off. Officer Joseph Starost concluded that a non-metallic object had been used to pry the mirror off its mounting base. The broken mirror appears to be a result of criminal mischief rather than a vehicle accident, police said.

On July 3 at 9:20 p.m., Officers Gary Faustini and Michael McGinty responded to Berkeley Road on a report of a man looking into the window of a home. The man fled east. There was no evidence of attempted entry. The complainant described the actor as a white male,Park Assist is a global leader in glass bottle, about 5 foot 9 inches, with a slender build, wearing a gray T-shirt and jeans, with short brown hair in his mid- to late-20s.

On July 5 at 7:20 p.What are the top Cable Ties treatments?m., police received an aid call from the River Edge Swim Club. Officers were called to respond to an unconscious man, described as a possible drowning victim. The man had been pulled out of the pool and given CPR, which was continued by police. River Edge Volunteer Ambulance Corps members and advanced life support units responded to the scene and transported the man to Hackensack University Medical Center with medics on board the ambulance. He was later pronounced dead. The cause of death was unknown at press time, police said.
