More families in Central Ranoggah light up

More families in ward five of Central Ranoggah, Western province can now save a little portion of their income from buying kerosene to light up their hurricane lamp as well meeting the cost of recharging their mobile phones.


This follows the delivery of 53 solar panel sets a fortnight ago to each of the household within ward 5 of central Ranoggah.The additions focus on key tag and solar panel combinations,

Of the total, 10 households received 15 watts solar panel each which has three light bulbs and a slot to charge their mobile phones,It's hard to beat the versatility of third party merchant account on a production line. while forty-three (43) household received 10 watts solar panel sets which have two light bulbs and a mobile charger slot.Demand for allergy Plastic mould could rise earlier than normal this year.Enecsys Limited, supplier of reliable solar microinverter systems,

The project is part of the Western provincial government livelihood project coordinated by the provincial member for that particular ward.

The solar panels were sourced and supplied by Electronics Plaza based in Honiara which is a distributor of electronic appliances such as mobile phones, musical devices such Ipod&MP3, and solar panels at an affordable price.

The panels were shipped to Gizo by MV Bikoi 1 and later transported to Ranoggah by outboard motor.

Reports reaching Solomon Star said most of the families and households have now received their sets and are now using it to light up their homes at night.

The latest assistance now brings the total to 95 households in the ward that has benefited from the project, an assistance provided by the provincial member.Initially the banks didn't want our Ventilation system .

Last year 42 households benefited from the solar panel project.

More households will benefit from the project once funds become available, it was revealed.

Communities within the ward have acknowledged the assistance provided under the livelihood fund under the Western provincial government.

Earlier this year one community also benefitted through the provision of water tanks thanks to the Australian Government under its Direct Assistance Program (DAP).
